1. No Return & No Refund Policy
We do not accept returns or provide refunds for products once they have been delivered, except in specific cases mentioned below.
2. Exceptions – Eligible for Exchange/Refund
You may be eligible for an exchange or refund only if:

3. Conditions for Exchange/Refund
To be eligible, you must:

Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order

Provide your order number and clear photos of the product showing the issue

Ensure the product is unused, in its original packaging, and with tags intact

If approved, we will arrange for the return pickup or guide you on how to send the product back.

5. Non-Eligible Cases
We will not process exchange or refund if:

The product was used, washed, or altered

The complaint was raised after 48 hours of delivery

Minor variations in color or embroidery (due to lighting/screen differences)
